One virtual training session a week for 30 minutes going over form, with a weekly check in. A workout plan is written out for you for the month at 3 workouts a week.

A one hour personal training session bespoke to you and your individual needs. Light equipment can be brought to you. Ideal if you have some form of a home workout set up.

Small Group Transform (3 people)

$50 a person/ hour

Each session at $50/ hour, per person. One session a week, can be modified to higher frequency. Group circuit training and intro to weightlifting. Due to smaller session group size, this is tailored to individual needs more than the starter group. Fast paced with an emphasis still on form and progression.

Small Group Starter (4 people)

$35 a person/ hour

Each session $35/ person an hour, minimum 5 people, group circuit training, metabolic conditioning, intro and tiering system to weightlifting. Tailored to individual needs. High Heart Rate target.

All pricing is a month to month basis, renewing upon each new month unless modified.
