Due to smaller session group size, this is tailored to individual needs more than the starter group. Fast paced with an emphasis still on form and progression.

Each session $35/ person an hour, minimum 5 people, group circuit training, metabolic conditioning, intro and tiering system to weightlifting. Tailored to individual needs. High Heart Rate target.
