About Caelan
I’m Caelan Beach! An ACE certified personal trainer dedicated to helping you get stronger and fitter, feel better and most importantly enjoying the process! Do you want to look your best, get stronger and add years to your life? If so, look no further! I work with clients of all ages and experience, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. I love helping my clients with any niche focus they are working on whether that is contact sport and general athletics, bodybuilding, firefighter readiness training and much more! I specialize in traditional strength training and muscle hypertrophy with a healthy addition of functional movement and exercise rehabilitation. I have helped many clients lose weight, add muscle mass, and helped them develop a love and passion for working out and making progress in the gym, and most importantly the confidence to do so. I work with clients of any skill level in the gym and emphasize functional strength and mobility to help individuals do what they love and look great!
Personal Training Packages
All Packages are generally for hour long sessions 1-3x a week.
Clients have the ability to purchase 4 session, 8 session, 16 session, or extended custom packages. Custom package duration and frequency throughout the week is available based on trainer availability during the week. Longer term packages will enjoy a slight discounted per session rate.
Group sessions are available. Rates will vary based on number of clients and client needs.
At home sessions are also available, and equipment provided. Drive time is factored in as an additional charge.

Expect a workout tailored on how you feel the day of! Whether you are feeling amazing or not as energetic, there is still progress to be made! A normal session will start with a warmup on bands, the TRX or the assault bike jumping straight into the bulk of the session where the majority of the movements will be barbell, dumbbell and banded movements.

This starts with a phone call where we will go over any medical issues, physical fitness and movement issues as well as your background in fitness and how comfortable you are in the gym. In the first session, I will ask open-ended questions and what goal setting and progress milestones will look like.

I provide each of my clients with a spreadsheet where their progress is tracked during each session. This spreadsheet includes set rep, weight, and exercises we worked on during the session. After each session, I share this spreadsheet with you so that you can see the progress you have made during that session as well as your progress throughout previous sessions, as well as what to aim for to create progression in subsequent sessions.

I am an ACE certified Personal Trainer. The American Council of Exercise is an ISO-accredited leading certification in the fitness industry, as well as worldwide accreditation.
